A way back to a life in dignity and self-esteem

women's hope international (whi) is an independent Swiss relief organization which is committed to the improvement of health in connection with pregnancy and childbirth in developing countries – particularly regarding women with obstetric trauma, so-called bladder and rectovaginal fistula.

A further concern is combating violence against women (sexual abuse, slave trade, forced prostitution, genital mutilation) and providing care and counselling for victims of abuse.

whi provides lasting help by supporting local project partners and following up on the work. We provide support to girls and women, regardless of their religion, ethnic background or political conviction.
