The battle against forced marriage and child marriages

In many regions, girls are still being married off as minors against their will. This practice, which is a gross breach of human rights, has serious consequences for their level of education and their physical and mental health. The girls concerned are often subject to physical violence. Teenage pregnancies bear a greater risk of birth complications and the development of obstetric fistula. Women's Hope is committed to fighting against child marriages.
